Spring 2014 Empties

It’s been awhile since I posted a new Empties video on TBBB since my fall and winter items were accidentally (and not surprisingly) mistaken for trash.  If you’re not familiar with what an “empties” post is all about it is where I share products that I’ve used up recently.  I have quite a few bath and body items as well as makeup and skincare that I have used up over the last few months.  I talk more about each product, including what I liked or didn’t like about them & if I’ll be repurchasing them in the coordinating video:

Shower & Tub

Lotions & Creams

Skincare, Hair, & Makeup

I would love to know what products you’ve used up recently & if you’ll be repurchasing them.

  1. Hi, Jen! I’ve being trying and dying to figure out what kind of candle you’re burning on your office desk. I’m thinking its a candle holder from Bath & Body Works but can’t figure out the pattern. Please advise. I love to have one. It’s beautiful!

    Thanks,
    Nancy

  2. Great video! I’ve been loving the Body Shop’s Honeymania line too!

For dry shampoo I really love Batiste in the tropical scent! It smells so pretty and is the only dry shampoo that I’ve found really works well for me and I really like 🙂

  3. Hey Jen!

So that MOR cosmetics scrub is on Amazon.com… however there are on 2 left and it will likely be gone if you post this comment publicly…. so I would hop over and buy it if you want before making this comment public. I’m about to leave you another comment in a sec that is more “public” oriented.

You may want to hop on it as once its gone its gone and you may regret it a bit down the line when you can’t find it. That is if you really loved it. 🙂

    enjoy!

PS… Mor has a new honey nectar sugar scrub on amazon that sounds amazing! Delish. And I know you enjoy honey.

      1. Thanks for posting this, Jen! I love watching empties videos. I don’t know if you ever shop at stores like TJ Maxx or Marshall’s, but I’ve been seeing tons of the MOR scrubs there lately, in several scents. I think they are priced at $7.99 or $9.99!

  4. Hey jen,

So I have a suggestion for you regarding your empties videos that I’ve seen other people do and I really enjoy it.

Could you comment on your products whether you would “repurchase it” if you have already repurchased it, or if you do not plan to repurchase it…. this way people can know more about how you feel about the product and if you feel it is worth repurchasing and using again.

I would love to hear for example if you plan on repurchasing the Mor Neroli scub (if you can find it) and I already know you repurchase the Le Occitane cream…. its just a fun fact to add to your video.

Thanks girl! Keep the camera rolling!

    1. Hmm, I thought I basically implied which products I would repurchase but I will try to be clearer next time. I am not repurchasing the Mor scrub because I can’t find it anywhere for purchase around me anymore, so I bought a Tree Hut one to try instead.

  5. Hey Jen, thought of you today and had to let you know that I saw some of the MOR body scrubs at home goods. Check it out, and if you don’t find any at your local home goods, I can send you one from the northeast =)

    1. TFS! We have one right by the Whole Foods I shop at at home. I’ll check it out when I’m back next week 🙂

  6. I have been meaning to post a comment for DAYS about your oh so super cute Trustafarian nails!!! Such a perfect spring color, looks great on you… your PP post made my day, btw… 🙂
I have no clue why it didn’t occur to me that OF COURSE it would already be in your collection… doh! I haven’t been giving as much love to my Butter London stash since I discovered (nay… became obsessed with) Sephora X polishes, but I’m picking them up more this spring and I’m sure into summer too. I’m on no-buy for polish (and lip products) AT LEAST through June.
Hope y’all have a lovely time in Utah!

  7. Great video! Just recently discovered your vids, they’re great and Winnie is adorable. Like the idea of those mineral salts, I will try them when I’m in the US next month. I adore, and heartily recommend ‘Dressdner Essenz’ mineral baths from Dresden, Germany. They are super, don’t know if they are available across the Atlantic, but if you ever see them, give them a try. They are in sachets, just like the Aura Cacia. Keep up the great work, love from Ireland.
