The cat’s out of the bag! I’m super excited to give you a sneak peek of my new site branding today. I originally intended to roll out this teaser a few days from now, but my Twitter auto-updater (linked to the new test site) had other plans. I figured, why not roll with it, and share a bit about my new branding with you now instead of waiting.
So, here it is! The new site name and logo. I can’t tell you how excited I am about finally sharing this with you. I schemed up Pretty Neat last fall, but that website is already owned by someone who was unwilling to sell, so after much deliberation and brainstorming with family and friends, I settled on Pretty Neat Living. I absolutely love it! I feel like it sums up my content and what my online sharing is all about perfectly. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all perfectionism when it comes to organizing, things to love, ways to live, you name it. I prefer, instead, to acknowledge and encourage people’s individual preferences. In sharing what works for me, I hope to inspire others in some way to consider what works for them and perhaps even share back. We’re all pretty neat in our own individual ways, you know?
I am going to share much more about the thinking behind my rebranding and what steps went into it on launch day, which is coming up very soon. The new site will be up with all of my old and new content by the end of this month! In the meantime, you can follow me at my newly updated social media links. If you were already following me as OrganizedJen on Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest, you’ll notice you’re still following me but my handles have been updated. Sadly, I couldn’t do the same for my Facebook page and had to create a new one. I’d love it if you could like my new page and follow me there. Once the site launches, I’ll be posting on there as regularly as I have been previously on my OrganizedJen page (which I will mostly likely delete at that point). And yes, the Twitter and Pinterest handles are missing the last “i” in “Living” because they only allow 15 characters and PrettyNeatLiving is 16. Oh well, you can’t have it all! 😉
The great and talented folks at ipsoCreative who have been helping me realize my rebranding dreams are working hard to get the site up and running smoothly for you. You’ll know it’s ready when OrganizedJen.com automatically redirects to PrettyNeatLiving.com. In the meantime, I’ll be posting as usual here and will continue to stick to the same posting plan and types of content when PrettyNeatLiving.com officially launches. I can’t wait to share the new space with you!
