It’s that time of year again – Nordstrom Anniversary Sale time! I always look forward to this sale, especially for baby gear and little kid clothes. There are some amazing deals! I pulled together a list of my top picks from this year’s sale offerings in the hopes that they help you whether you’re picking out items for your own babies or as gifts for loved ones.

This does not cost you any extra when you make a purchase. I very much appreciate your support of this blog in doing so!
Baby Jogger City Mini GT 2018 Special Edition Stroller (
$379.99$284.90) – This is the best stroller in my opinion thanks to it’s lightweight design and easy one-handed fold. We’ve used ours for two years now on a daily basis and for travel with great success. You cannot beat this price! I predict these will sell out fast. If you’re not keen on the leather accents this particular model has, the regular model is also on sale here, albeit for the slightly higher price of $305.99
Organic Cotton Hooded Cardigan in Pink or Blue (
$35.00$22.90) – I purchased this sweater for my baby boy during last year’s sale and it quickly became one of my favorite pieces of clothing for him after he was born this January. Even though I bought it in the 0-3 month size it still fits him at 5 months! It is soft and cozy with a nice bit of stretch to it. I think this would make a great gift. Layers like this always come in handy!
DockATot Stage 1 Dock (
$185.00$137.90) -Before I caved and purchased one of these myself, I thought they were just ridiculously expensive glorified pillows. Let me assure you, they are not. I caved and bought one for my baby boy when he was about one month old and I was not getting any sleep. I was pretty desperate and would try anything at that point. This worked like a charm! The sale options only come in patterns, but the savings are worth it.
Little Giraffe Hooded Towel (
$46.00$29.90) – I purchased these towels for both of my babies during past Anniversary sales. They are hands down the nicest baby towels out there. They are super expensive not on sale but reasonable with the price adjustment. As for care, I don’t worry too much about air-drying these and just pop them in my machine on low with all other baby items.
Stokke Flexibath Baby Bath (
$45.00$32.90) – I used this collapsible tub with my daughter starting right after she began to sit independently around 6 months until I felt confident she was ready for her full size tub at around 18 months. I plan to do the same with our son. It allows the baby to sit and have some freedom in the tub without worrying about them sliding all around. It collapses flat(ish) for easy storage
Little Giraffe Luxe Baby Blanket (
$86.00 $56.90) – You truly do not need a mountain of baby blankets to get by, but if you want something really special, I love these super soft and plush ones by Little Giraffe. Most babies love touching different kinds of fabrics. My baby boy is especially tactile and can’t get enough of this blanket;. Another great gift option!
Trumpette 6-Pack Socks (
$28.00$17.90) – We were gifted a set of these cuties before my daughter was born and I really appreciated having them. I rarely put shoes on my babies for the first 6 months, so cute socks like these are a fun accessory. Love these sweet ones for boys as well!
Crane Drop Humidifier (
$49.99$36.90) – I have these humidifiers for both of my kid’s rooms. Even with a built-in humidifier in our furnace, I like using a separate machine for the newborn stage as well as whenever the kids are sick. The Drop is the best cool-mist option I have found. It is quiet and easy to clean.
EZPZ Bapron & Mini Silicone Feeding Mat (
$40.00$25.90) – We loved using our EZPZ feeding mat with our first. I was so excited to see they included this set in the sale – you get the amazing sectioned feeding mat which stays put on your table or counter. For the same price as the regular mat you also get an adorable cookie print bib/apron. Also available in a fox pattern.
Stokke Tripp Trapp Chair
($249.00$185.90) – We love our Tripp Trapp! It’s the high chair I bought for my oldest when she was ready for solids. She still uses it every day at two and a half years old. She is tall enough to sit in a regular chair without a booster and has that option available to her but always chooses her Tripp Trapp. I love that you can easily adjust it to suit the height of your child so that they can sit comfortable at the table. We used the baby set and tray (sadly not on sale) with her until she was secure enough to sit without it at around 2 years old.
The North Face Oso Hooded Fleece Romper in Blue, Grey, White, or Pink (
$70.00$51.90) – You need a good bunting option for your infants if you live in a cold weather climate and I absolutely love this option from The North Face. It is warm and cozy without bulkiness.
The North Face OSO Fleece Hooded Jacket in Grey Green, or Pink (
$65.00$48.90) – Another The North Face favorite of mine for littles and adults alike, you can’t beat the quality of this fleece. I’ve had these for CC since she was just 6 months old and look forward to buying the next size up during the Anniversary Sale. I like to buy it a size too big and just cuff the sleeves to get several seasons of wear out of each jacket since they are on the pricier side.
Nuna Rava Convertible Car Seat (
$499.95$374.90) – I can’t get over the amazing price on this car seat! It is the model I have in my car for my daughter, Charlotte. I had the Maxi-Cosi Pria 70 for her previously (the Pria 85 is also on sale, which is a great option), which we now keep in my husband’s car. That is a great car seat as well, but the Nuna is hands down my favorite for both safety and comfort. You can use these from infancy through toddlerhood. These will definitely sell fast! I’m going to snatch one up for my son for when he outgrows his infant car seat.
Please note that this sale is exclusive to Nordstrom cardholders for early access July 12-19 and opens to everyone starting July 20. Prices go back up August 6. If you’re keen on certain popular items I recommend becoming a Nordstrom cardholder in order to gain early access. My Nordstrom Retail card is connected to my bank account like a debit card instead of a credit card. I prefer it this way as there is no monthly bill. I don’t like having more than one credit card. You still get Nordstrom note rewards with the debit card set up. They have a Visa credit card as well.
I am shopping the sale this year and will share a haul once everything comes in if there’s interest. I’d love to know what’s on your wishlist if you care to share!
Happy Shopping! 🛍
