Empties | August 2015

It’s empties time!  Today I am sharing about products I’ve used up recently.  I truly enjoy most of these products but they might not necessarily make it into my monthly favorites.  I also share my thoughts on products I feel lukewarm about and others I downright can’t stand.

  1. Hey Jen,
Could you do a perfume collection video? Has your perfume choices changed now that you are expecting? Thanks so much. Blessings to you and your child.

    1. I whittled my perfume collection down to bare bones and honestly haven’t used any since I’ve been pregnant. I’d kind of lost interest in perfume over the last couple of years, as well.

  2. I have just finished gariner micellar cleansing water and I have just repurchase it but I have used simple micellar cleansing water

  3. I always enjoying hearing your thoughts on the products you are using. 🙂 I would love to hear about your beauty/skincare routine for morning and night. Not sure if you have shared that before. 🙂 Thanks!

  4. Hi Jen! love your videos. I wanted to suggest if you don’t know about it, to try Beauty Counter. It’s a great line of safe beauty products.
They have an amazing makeup remover and other face and body products and make up too!

  5. I’ve been taking biotin daily (gummies) and that has really helped the fullness and body of my hair. Also, I’ve started using Biolage by Matrix (the core line) and my hair has been totally different…in such an amazing way. http://biolage.matrix.com/core I’ve even been receiving compliments 🙂

  6. Hi Jen,
Love your videos & all the beneficial information you share! Always applicable to my life & not just in “materialistic” ways. Really appreciate that, about you.
Also, happy that you’re being aware & concerned about what you’re putting in, and on, your body, for baby & yourself!
Wanted to mention, that if you’re not already aware of, or concerned about flouride, that you may want to check into eliminating that, as well.
One of my favorite sites for healthy living tips is, The Healthy Home Economist. She shares lots of great information that may be helpful to you.
Keep up the good work & stay well!

  7. Hey Jen! I also read the ingredients on EVERYTHING and I highly recommend “100% Pure” for shampoo and conditioner. They only use natural ingredients. I have fine hair like yours and I find the grapefruit one works better that the mint one which is targeted for fine hair. You can always get both in a smaller size and then decide. I promise you’ll love it. They have make up too, check them out!
